What are your shipping conditions?
Shipping in our online shop is possible to Germany and Austria.
Your order will be delivered within 1-3 working days via DHL. Insured standard shipping costs €5.99.
Free returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your orders.
Return
How do I return my item?
It's very simple! There is a return slip in your package. Simply state your reason for return and stick the return label on the box. You can now drop off your package free of charge at any DHL post office. Please note the return period of 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Please note that worn goods cannot be returned and will be checked by our quality control team.
Has my return arrived? When will my return be processed?
Track your return conveniently using the shipment tracking on your return receipt. After we have received and checked your return, you will receive a confirmation of receipt and information about the refund. Please note that the return processing takes a maximum of 5 working days after receipt. We ask you to keep the receipt of the return until we have refunded you.
Can I get the same item from the order in a different size?
Sure, no problem! Simply send the item back to us and place a new order for the correct item in the online shop. Unfortunately, we do not offer an automatic exchange when returning an item.
How do I get a return label for my return?
Please contact us about your issue via chat or contact form and have your order number ready. Please note the free return period of 14 days after receipt of your order.

Is it possible to change or cancel my order?
In some cases, changes and cancellations are possible on the same day the order is placed. Please contact our customer support for more information. Alternatively, we offer you the option of returning your order to us free of charge within 14 days.

How do I redeem my gift voucher?
Please enter the gift voucher code in your shopping cart when checking out. The discount will then be displayed immediately. If you return items, the value will be credited back to your gift voucher after the return has been refunded.

How do I find the right size?
Next to the respective product sizes, you will find the "Size Chart" field. There you will find our size chart, as well as help for correctly measuring your own body measurements. Please note that the measurements are only a guideline and the actual fit may vary depending on the style and fabric of the dress. Many items also have information about how the item fits and whether it is recommended to order a size larger.

We have high standards for the quality and care of our items. Should there be a defect in the item, please contact us as soon as possible. To ensure quick processing, please provide us with the following information:
