BUYER (m/f/d) full-time
your tasks
- Procurement and coordination of our raw materials, auxiliary materials and operating supplies – from determining requirements to the timely arrival of the goods in logistics
- Close collaboration with our product management and design team throughout the entire collection creation process
- Independent coordination of the commercial sampling process
- Supplier management, price and contract negotiations with national and international suppliers as well as order management
- Ensuring agreed delivery dates or proactive action in the event of delivery delays
- Monthly reporting, including derivation of recommendations for action for SWING
your skills
- Several years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle sector
- Strong negotiating skills
- Confident and empathetic demeanor when dealing with suppliers
- Analytical thinking and the ability to present complex relationships in an understandable way
- Strong communication skills, willingness to take initiative and work in a team
- Fluent English
